Other Person May Produce Evidence On Behalf Of Absent Defendant
If any heir of the same family of the defendant or any other  person having concerned with the case as equal to that of the defendant or his/her agent has, by showing any reasonable ground that the  defendant to whom a Notice has been issued pursuant to these Rules in
any case under the Act is outside of Nepal, and thus he/she could not file a statement of defence, produced any evidence refuting the accusation within Five days after the date of expiry of time-limit of the Notice, the
Tribunal shall, after examining the said evidences, have to proceed (examine) it and finalize (dispose of) the case.
